We are so excited that you have placed your order! There is a smile on your face knowing that the essentials for your little one is soon coming to greet you at your door. Then - what's next?
Once an order is placed, our team will confirm your order and carefully pack your items with love, so please allow up to 1-3 business days for our team to pick and pack your order.
If you are within Switzerland/Liechtenstein region, you can expect your order to arrive within 3 extra business days after it has been sent.
Delivery time for other countries will depend on your region. When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note that it is possible not to have any updates from the courier within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to be updated.

Customs
Depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties upon receiving your order, for which Bellaland GmbH cannot accept liability. By purchasing our products, you consent your package is subject to custom fees when they arrive in your country. The refusal to pay such fees will cause a full cancellation of the order.
